New Semester Reflection

One of the few things I learned from my first fall semester of high school is that procrastination can become an addiction. I became so used to putting things off until the last minute that I ended up being drowned in work. It took me until the middle of the semester to realize I couldn't beat this addiction myself. I learned If I did everything on time, I wouldn't have to worry about my grades slipping so quickly. Another thing I learned last semester is that if you surround yourself with people who want to do achieve succeed, it'll inspire you to do your work also. Lastly, I learned your teachers want to see your face more than just during the regular class hours. They love when students ask for help and just go to visit them.

My goal for this semester is to learn from past mistakes and grow as a student. I don't want to take this semester lightly at all. I'm finally realizing that colleges will look at my final grades and decide whether or not I can attend their university. Another goal I hope to achieve is to ask my friends for help more often! I used to be ashamed to ask others for help, but I've learned the sane questions I have, someone else has!
